✦ Who is behind Obrya?
Obrya is developed by The ADHD Bunch – a team founded by both neurodivergent and neurotypical minds, united by the mission to build a workplace that works for all kinds of brains.
The team is led by CEO Anett Vannai (AuDHD: Autism + ADHD), who created Obrya based on years of lived experience and professional insight into systems that fail to support neurodivergent needs. Alongside her is COO Robert Frankó, responsible for operations and visual strategy, and CTO Alex Metcalfe, who drives the platform’s adaptive and ethically designed AI technology.
Together, we’re building the structure we always wished existed—a work environment that truly understands how different minds think, operate, and thrive.

✦ Why Obrya?
📈 Diagnoses of ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions are rising rapidly in adults. In the last 10 years it’s estimated that up to 15–20% of the workforce is neurodivergent. Yet most tools aren’t built for how our brains work.
⚠️ Most workplaces still use outdated structures that ignore cognitive diversity.
💥 This leads to burnout, sick leaves, underperformance and missed potential that -in the end- translate to profit loss.
